The VPN encrypts IP traffic with AES-256-GCM, transports ETSI key identifiers in-band, and retrieves matching keys from local KMEs. After validation with a controlled KME simulator, the system was tested on two Jetson Xavier NX devices connected to a LuxQuanta NOVA QKD platform.
